*Range per hour is the maker’s own figure. Your car sets the real speed: many EVs accept 7 kW or 11 kW on AC, so a 22 kW charger only charges at 22 kW if your car can take it. No prices here because every home is different. You get a fixed price on a written quote, with no callout fee.
Whatever charger you choose, the install standard is the same. Here’s what’s included as standard:
Before we lock in your quote we check your home Wi-Fi reaches the charger. If it doesn’t, we sort out the options with you and quote them before booking, never on install day.
For most single-phase homes, we recommend the Evnex E2 Core. It has solar charging, scheduling and overload protection without paying for extras you won’t use. Three-phase homes, weak Wi-Fi, Tesla owners and solar-first households each have a better fit, shown in the table above. We’ll confirm the right one when we see your switchboard.
Yes. Whether we supply it or you do, the install standard is the same.
Not sure? We can tell you if you have three-phase power when we check your switchboard, before we quote.
Only if the car can take it. The car’s onboard charger sets the limit, and many EVs accept 7 kW or 11 kW on AC. The charger delivers whatever your car can accept, so tell us your car and we’ll say what speed to expect.
Yes. A hardwired wall charger on its own circuit is the fastest and safest way to charge at home. A normal powerpoint charges far slower and isn’t built to run at full load for hours every night.
Not always. The charger needs its own circuit with a 32 A Type A RCBO. If your board is old, full or can’t safely take it, we’ll tell you before you book and put the work on your quote. No surprises on the day.
With a calibrated EV simulator. It loads the charger under real charging and fault conditions. We never plug into your car to test. We also do full AS/NZS 3000 testing and lodge the CCEW through the Building Commission NSW eCert portal.
Most standard home installs are done in a single visit. If your job needs extra work, such as a switchboard upgrade or a long cable run, we’ll tell you the timing on your quote.
We’re based around Penrith and install across Western Sydney and the Blue Mountains. There’s no callout fee.
It depends on the charger and your home. We give you a free, fixed price on a written quote, with no callout fee.
